We spent this past Summer at our home in the Finger Lakes with our almost 2-year-old Carin Terrier, Lucy. We knew she would need to Be Boarded a couple of times. I looked at 3 Boarding Facilities. Two had a Bougie/Corporate feel, but Penny Lane Kennels had a warm, rustic charm. When Lucy and I arrived, were greeted so graciously by Jen. She took her time showing us around the property. I saw the dogs in her charge and could definitely tell they were happy and well cared for. During Lucy's stays, Jen would send me videos of Lucy interacting with the other dogs. She was always the smallest, but Jen said she was quite Bossy and referred to her as the "Queen". If you are looking for a caring, cozy. trusting and loving environment for your beloved pet, look no further, Penny Lane Kennels is The Ticket! Thank you Jen and we will see you next summer!
Jennifer was so easygoing and able to accommodate with little notice. My energetic puppy enjoyed playing with the other doggos. He was well taken care of, stayed all day, and slept well when we got home after a fun filled day. Will use again in the future. 10/23

Cannot say enough good things about Jennifer! Needed last minute doggy daycare for my boy. Text her the morning of. She was quick to respond. I felt as ease as soon as I pulled in. I knew he would have a good time and he did! Picking up was also flexible. So thankful for Jennifer today! 10/23

She was great! She sent lots of pictures and videos and was very responsive! Has an amazing set up for the dogs and our pup came home exhausted!! Will definitely be back! 9/23

Super awesome and accommodating. Left my 8 year old husky with her for a weekend and she kept me updated with videos showing how he was doing!

Jennifer has an amazing space where I felt safe leaving my dog. I knew he would have fun running around and playing with other dogs. Jennifer is very communicative giving me updates whenever I would text her. She also sent me videos and photos of him playing. She is committed to the dog's comfort and happiness. I had a great experience with her and will definitely do this again!
